MJ: "Mommy, bubba said a bad word."

Me: "What did he say?"

MJ: "He said 'ask.'"

Me: "Well that's not a bad word honey.

That's what you say if you have a question.

Like when I ask you what you want

for dinner. Or when I ask you if you want to color."

MJ: "Ohhhh OK. Like 'I'm going to kick your ask.'"

Seriously no idea where she got little gem from. But I'm so glad to see my little chat with her answered any ambiguities she had about the word "ask."

Movie Monday: My Material Girl

In an effort to upload more videos, I'm going to post one every Monday. Well I'll try to. Don't be surprised if this fizzles out after a few weeks.

Friday Photoshoot

It's been frigid in our area lately - we're talking in the teens. Not a fan.

I realized I have been slacking in the photography department lately. So the kids and I had a toddler photoshoot. While MJ played with magnets, I clicked away.

And not to be left out, here's bubba.

That last one is his signature look.
